ColdCallBlocker™ for Windows Desktop ColdCallBlocker™ for BlackBerry ColdCallBlocker™ for Windows Mobile ColdCallBlocker™ for Android Wildcard Support This ability allows you to instruct ColdCallBlocker™ to block calls without specifying the entire calling number. For example, use this feature to block incoming calls from entire area codes. Withheld Numbers With this feature enabled, callers who withhold their own number will not be able to call you. Call Filtering Using Red Button ColdCallBlocker™ will immediately "press" the red disconnect button on your phone if an incoming call arrives that you have instructed it to block. Call Filtering Using Green Button + Red Button This is the same as the previous option, but ColdCallBlocker™ will "press" the green button then the red button. This method, if supported by your particular phone, should also prevent the incoming call from being redirected to voicemail. Call Filtering Using Ringtones This is the option to use if your phone manufacturer does not allow applications to interact with incoming calls. With your phone in silent mode, ColdCallBlocker™ takes over the responsibility of playing the ringtone, and it will do so only if the caller is not on your blocked list. SMS Filtering A great anti-harassment feature, this feature allows incoming text messages to be automatically deleted from anyone you choose.     International Calls Activate this option if you do not wish to receive calls from countries other than your own. ColdCallBlocker Network™ Block incoming calls from people who have been identified as cold-callers by other users of ColdCallBlocker™. • New Feature Suggestions

  The ColdCallBlocker™ range has been in constant development since 2006, and new products and features are still being added all the time. Indeed, many of the enhancements to the product line are the direct result of suggestions by our own users which is fantastic and certainly the best way of making sure that ColdCallBlocker™ continues to fit the needs of the very people who use it.

  If you would like to request a new feature, you are more than welcome to do so either privately via our helpdesk or suggestions can be discussed openly with ourselves and other users in our forums.

• Phone Manufacturer Restrictions

  Like any creator of cell phone software, ultimately we are restricted to writing applications that can do only what each phone manufacturer permits. This is enforced through their SDK, or Software Development Kit, which is the official documented library of how third-party software may interact with their phones.

  Where we are prevented from providing a particular ColdCallBlocker™ feature on a brand of phone, we continue to actively engage in discussions with that phone manufacturer with a view to encouraging them to extend their SDK. In the intensely competitive mobile phone market, manufacturers are releasing improved SDKs at an ever increasing rate, so if ColdCallBlocker™ does not currently support a particular option on certain phones today, this doesn't necessarily mean that it won't do tomorrow! Do let us know which manufacturers you would like us to work with the most.
