System Requirements
To benefit from using ColdCallBlocker™ please make sure you already have the following before downloading and installing the client software:

Internet connection
This needs to be cable/broadband style Internet access.

Caller ID phone service
You must have a Caller ID service from your telephone company enabled on your telephone line.

Caller ID Compatible Modem
We're constantly evaluating modems and the features they provide and maintain
a list on the next page of known Caller-ID-compatible modems.
If you have a modem already then the easiest way to check if your modem has Caller ID capabilities
is to just install the ColdCallBlocker™ client software.
Run it, and it will attempt to retrieve Caller ID information from your modem when you receive an incoming call.
If the calling number is shown on your screen, you're all set!
