| Hi does anyone why when I click on Call Log it does not always work? Any suggestions?

| My call log comes up; but, if by not working you mean no calls are ever listed, then mine is doing that too!

| Okay, we'll log this as an issue on the Windows Desktop client and get a bug fix rolled out.

| How long before we can expect a fix; I suspect you're unable to replicate the error. I noticed when installing CCB software that I had to go to Microsoft to download the latest .net because it wouldn't accept the download you linked to. This was complicated enough that it might only whow up as a problem for new users; and older users wouldn't have the issue as they hadn't upgraded .net as Microsoft doesn't push this. Just a suggestion; but, as a programmer, I only run into problems with existing and new clients when my (developer) library isn't up to date. Check your library and recompile the client. I'll help, if you need a tester.

You're quite right - so far we haven't been able to observe this on any of our test machines.
Thanks for the offer of assistance with testing. With all of the countless variations of hardware we have to support, we're always looking for more testers. We'll be in touch directly and send you a debug version of ColdCallBlocker to try.
