| When I call with my cell phone, and some of my family members are telling me that Cold Call Blocker is blocking them. I've seen this in action. I added myself and added the local area code as Contact without listing as a cold caller. It started blocking me, so I removed the call. It still blocks my cell phone. The Caller ID is listing the number correctly as well as others it is blocking. As suggestions as to what to do.

| Hi again,
Difficult to understand exactly what's happening from the description. Would you please list exactly what steps we would need to carry out to replicate the problem you're seeing?
You mentioned your cell phone, but we're talking about an issue with ColdCallBlocker for Windows PC's here? Are you saying that if you enter just an area code as a contact and check the "Treat as Cold Caller" option, and then delete that contact record, calls from that area code are still blocked?
Hoping we can sort this out for you as it sounds very strange indeed.
Regards,

| Actually, I've just discovered that apparently all, or if not all, then certainly AT&T just recently switched all the cell phone ID's over to "unknown caller". The numbers are displaying correctly; however, instead of the primary accouht holder's name showing, presumably because of all the family plans showing the name of the primary account, instead of the family plan holder, they've now decided to switch everyone over to "unknown name" this just happened since just before my first post.
So, my question now is, how do I get Cold Call Blocker to allow the cell phone callers whose number I know but display a name of "unknown caller" those little "bas*ar*s"
Personally, I think AT&T is retaliating against the rise in call blocking products, and this is a way to force an update.
