Privacy Statement

Given that ColdCallBlocker™ deals with the subject of telephone calls and personal contact details, our privacy statement is particularly important to us. For that very reason, we kept our privacy statement purposefully simple.

In no particular order then:

  • We do NOT receive, collect, or store any details about your friends/contacts.

All data relating to your personal contacts and your own incoming call log remains on your computer. Be sure to make regular backups of your computer.

  • We DO receive the telephone number of any unrecognised calls you receive.

This is so the ColdCallBlocker™ client can check if it's from a known cold caller.

  • All data transmissions are encrypted.

When the ColdCallBlocker™ client checks to see if an incoming telephone number is from a known cold-caller, it uses only SSL encrypted connections to connect to the ColdCallBlocker Network™.

  • We do NOT sell or give out any information to third-parties, period.

Bit of a no-brainer that one but worth stating the obvious all-the-same.

  • The ColdCallBlocker™ client includes no spyware, adware or any other form of malware whatsoever.

Another easy one this. We simply do not need to include such rubbish in our software - the cost of operating the ColdCallBlocker Network™ is covered by the subscription fee members pay to have their incoming numbers checked.
