Cold Call Detection

This is the Cold Call Detection tab, this is where you are able to adjust the sensitivity of our protection, choose whether or not to have ColdCallBlocker™ auto-answer known cold-callers with a fax tone, and enable the auto-answer to callers who withhold their numbers, and choose how long until it drops the call and so you can reveive calls agin.

1. Identify an Incoming telephone call... - This option allows you to choose how many times a number has to be entered into our database before it starts cutting off calls from that number. *ColdcallBlocker™ staff only will enter a number once, so for best protection change number to one.*
2. Auto-answer calls from cold-callers - turn off this option if you would like ColdCallBlocker™ to not auto-answer and just notify you if the caller is a known cold caller.
3. Callers who withold their numbers - Enable this option if you wish to have ColdCallBlocker™ auto-answer calls from "private numbers"
