Report Form

When you wish to report a recent incoming call as a cold call, simply go to the main window of ColdCallBlocker™ shown below:

When on this form you have the option to Save a incoming call as a contact using the "Save as Contact" button, or you are able to Report the incoming call as a Cold Call using the "Report as Cold Call" button. By using the "Save as Contact" button you will be sent to the Contact Window. If you decide to use the "Report as Cold Call" button you will be taken to the report window shown below.

In this window you have the option to enter the callers company name and what they are trying to sell. If you click on the "Advanced" button you will be able to post a message on our forums about the caller and let the other CCB™ users know about the cold-call. Once you are done filling in the fields simply click the "Send Report" button to send this number to our database so that CCB™ subscribers will no longer receive calls from this number.
