This Licence entitles you to the use the above items subject to the following terms:
1. Definition and Titles
Your use of the above software (the "Software") and service (the "Service") will indicate your acceptance that COLDCALLBLOCKER.COM provides this Software and licences its use to you. You are responsible for selecting and using the Software to achieve your intended results and for the installation, use and results obtained from the Software. The Software, including its code, documentation, appearance, structure and organisation, is a proprietary product of COLDCALLBLOCKER.COM and is protected by law. Title to the Software, or any copy, modification or merged portion of the Software, at all times remains with COLDCALLBLOCKER.COM.
2. Account Security
The user name and password associated with your Service account are for your own use only and may not be shared with any other party.
3. Warranty
EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT, THE SOFTWARE IS LICENCED AND PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY KIND OF WARRANTY, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF SATISFACTORY QUALITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. COLDCALLBLOCKER.COM warrants that the Software will substantially perform the functions and generally conform to the Software's specifications published by COLDCALLBLOCKER.COM. COLDCALLBLOCKER.COM does not warrant that the functions contained in the Software will meet your requirements or that the operation of the Software will be entirely error free or appear precisely as described in the Software documentation.
4. Remedies and Liabilities
COLDCALLBLOCKER.COM will not, under any circumstances, be liable for any damages, including lost profits, lost savings, or other direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, even if COLDCALLBLOCKER.COM had been advised of the possibility of such damages.
5. General
The invalidity of any provisions of this Licence shall not affect the continuation in force of the remaining provisions.
This Licence is governed by English Law and that you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
